PAYMENT TERMS

1win payment and withdrawal terms, in plain words

Support replies and cashier screens use a small set of terms. Knowing them lets you read a status correctly and write a message that gets answered.

HOW TO READ THIS

Terms grouped by where you meet them

The glossary is split into everyday words you will see on any payout, and a second set that appears when something goes wrong. The map first shows which stage each word belongs to. The examples at the end show how the words fit together in an ordinary message to support. Definitions describe general meaning; the cashier may label things differently, and where it does, the screen wins.

MAP

Which word belongs to which stage

A payout moves through request, review, release and credit. Each stage has its own words.

  • Request stage

Amount, route, minimum, maximum and the details you type in.

  • Review stage

    KYC, pending, verification and mismatch.

  • Release and credit

Processed, credited, reference and network fee.

EVERYDAY WORDS

Basic terms

These come up in nearly every payout conversation.

What is KYC?

Know your customer: an identity check that 1win requires, typically completed before a first withdrawal.

What does pending mean?

The request has been made and has not yet been released or declined.

What is the cashier?

The area where you ask for money out and where limits and timing are shown.

What is a UPI handle?

The address linked to your bank account that a UPI route pays to.

What is a minimum withdrawal?

The smallest amount a route will accept. It is shown in the cashier and can differ by route.

WHEN SOMETHING IS WRONG

Problem terms

These words usually appear after a delay or a refusal.

What is a mismatch?

A difference between the details on a request and those on the account, such as a name that does not agree.

What is a network fee?

A charge applied by a crypto network, separate from anything the operator charges.

What is a reference number?

A code that identifies one transaction, useful when you write to support.

What does declined mean?

The request was not accepted. The reason should be given; if it is not, ask for it.

What is a duplicate request?

A second request for the same money, often created by pressing submit twice.

IN USE

Two sample messages

Short messages written with the right words are answered faster.

  • Pending too long

Say: request made on the date and time, amount in stake units or INR figure, route, status pending, KYC complete. Ask whether it has been released.

  • Declined without reason

Say: request declined on the date, same route as before, details unchanged. Ask for the reason and what to correct.

Are these terms official?

They are general meanings. Screen labels can differ, and the screen is authoritative.

Does INR matter here?

Users can set India as their country and INR as their account currency, which keeps figures consistent with local routes.

Where is the 1win withdrawal time explained?

The home page covers the stages that make up that wait.

Do fees apply?

1win does not charge its own deposit fee; banks, wallets or networks may charge. Check the cashier for the withdrawal side.
